Joe Rogan and Mike Goldberg are two of the most well-known commentators in the world of Mixed Martial Arts today. The two veteran UFC commentators have all kinds of unique phrases and here's 5 of them that signal the fight is coming to an end.

When a fighter lands a flush shot and wobbles his opponent, Joe Rogan usually yells "He Caught Him!". Normally when Joe Rogan says this, the guy that landed the shot goes in for the kill. This phrase is used a little bit too much by Rogan though. Sometimes he tries to spice up a less than entertaining fight by screaming "WOAH! He Caught Him" when one of the fighters has landed an okay shot. When Rogan does say this it gets almost every fan on their toes. Most of the time, Rogan is accurate with this phrase and within a minute, the fight is over or is moments away from being stopped.

Joe Rogan usually says this when a fighter lands a solid shot or a solid combo and hurts his opponent. Sometimes fans don't see the legs of fighters buckle or they don't see the eyes of the fighters turn. Rogan does, however. He does, and as soon as he sees somebody's legs buckle or eyes spin, he makes sure his colleague, Mike Goldberg, knows about it too. Rogan says "He's Hurt Mike, He's Hurt." and his partner Mike Goldberg usually replies with "This fight could be over" or "He still needs to be careful, Joe, he can't get carried away." Then moments later, one fighter swarms on the other and finished the fight.

This phrase usually comes out of Joe Rogan's mouth when one fighter is on top of the other landing hard, unanswered shots or when a fighter is against the cage getting smashed with hard shots. The fighter that is in trouble usually rolls over and waits for the referee to stop the fight moments after Rogan says this. Rogan's commentary partner Mike Goldberg usually responds to this with "*Fighter Name* is trying to finish!". This is no surprise, however, as Goldberg usually just follows Joe Rogan in whatever he says.

This phrase is a well-known one for UFC fans. Rogan usually says this when a fighter is on top on another landing vicious shots. The fighter taking shots is usually curled up in a ball and waiting for the referee to put an end to the punishment they are taking. Joe Rogan usually says this in a quite subdued manner and Mike Goldberg normally waits a moment before responding with his famous phrase "IT IS ALL OVER!". This phrase from Goldberg comes after the fight is over, of course.

Joe Rogan usually comes out with this phrase when one fighter has another fighter in a submission. This comes when the submission is tight and the fighter on the receiving end is about to go out cold, one of their bones are about to break, or they are about to tap out. This phrase comes almost every time there is a submission finish. Rogan usually shouts this phrase because he knows how close the fight is to being stopped. Mike Goldberg usually responds to this phrase by again waiting until the fight is over and yelling "IT IS ALL OVER!"
