Eddie Wineland considering retirement following second broken jaw after knockout loss to Johnny Eduardo

UFC Bantamweight Eddie Wineland is on the verge of calling it quits after his first-round knockout loss to major underdog Johnny Eduardo at UFC Fight Night 40 last month.

Wineland suffered his second broken jaw and after not being able to eat solid foods for about a month, he's had enough.  He never wanted to go through the experience again, yet he has.  He was scheduled to get the wire removed from his jaw today (June 6th) but no information has been released on how the surgery went.  We will have news on that as soon as anything is announced.

Last year, he fought then interim title holder Renan Barao but suffered a second round TKO loss.  He then defeated Yves Jabouin and following that he loss to Eduardo.

Do you think the 29 year old bantamweight should hang up his gloves or continue on fighting, working his way back up to a title shot?
